Guesthouse Sleep Inn Kelso Longview (Kelso, USA)

Guests liked the large rooms that were clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable for a good nights’ sleep and the pillows were soft enough to provide good support. All the basic amenities were provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests traveling with their pets were very glad to find that their pets were allowed at minimal charges.

All the staff members were very courteous and worked with a genuine smile. In spite of the fact that the front desk was very busy, the staff was calm and catered to every guest’s concern one by one. They are very cordial and helpful. Some of the guests were assisted in planning their local sight-seeing itinerary.

The continental breakfast is adequately good that included fresh fruit, juice, cereals, toast, eggs and much more. Guests found the location to be very convenient. There were many eateries like Taco Bell, Subway and Shari’s located at walking distances. In fact, Starbucks is just across the street where the guests could enjoy their late night coffee.

Even though the Wi-Fi was complimentary, it was very erratic and kept disconnecting time and again. Having a better connection would have allowed the guests on business trips to work online without any glitches.

The pool water was very cloudy and dirty. Since it was one of the few recreational activities there, it was a huge disappointment for the guests, especially the kids.

Even though majority of the rooms were clean, few rooms had ants all the over the window panes. Spraying of insecticides would be helpful in such a case, say guests.
