The pool deck and the hot tub are inviting as well, and there aren't many guests crowding these facilities. Furthermore, you can even ask the staff about towels and other materials you might need for swimming in the pool.

There is an electronic hoist chair for handicapped guests that allow a person to comfortably sit in the chair and be lowered into the pool and the hot tub, which guests truly appreciated. Moreover, guests are able to ask any staff for assistance when they are having any problems with walking or lifting stuff to their room.

Most of the previous guests expressed that they definitely got more than their money's worth! Aside from having the comforts of home, the friendly staffs also worked tirelessly to accommodate the guests’ needs.

Guests complained that they were able to hear other people walking and talking on the hallways. Noise from adjacent rooms can also be heard. This is a result of poor room soundproofing.

Rooms either have a faint or strong stench of mildew, according to most guests. Due to the pet-friendly rooms, guests also complained about retaining smell of the pets. You can ask for a can of Lysol or other products to neutralize the odor.

Make sure to settle all your payments before leaving the property, as a number of guests were charged erroneously, and that they had a rough time being refunded. Thus, make sure that you check your bills before paying for them.
