The fact that this hotel is a mere seven-minute walk from the main airport terminal tells you everything you need to know about its super-convenient location. This means that, even if you miss your (free) airport shuttle, you never need worry about whether or not you’re going to miss your flight. Ideal.

The breakfasts proffered here are more than worth the cost of the room as, unlike many other budget hotels, they’re served hot and freshly cooked. On top of that, there’s also plenty of variety AND lots available.

As well as being energetic and friendly, the small yet dedicated team that mans the front desk here is also very proactive. If an issue can be nipped in the bud before it has the chance to become a problem then they will do all they can to make it happen.

You may want to bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The sound insulation here isn’t the best, and that doesn’t bode well when you’re sleeping half-a-mile away from accelerating jet planes!

Numerous guests have complained about the unkempt and rather tired-looking guest rooms. Creaky ceilings, scuffed carpets, untidy bathrooms and strange odors are just a few of the issues that have been frequently highlighted.

It seems a bit of an oversight that a hotel which markets itself directly at people who are likely to have considerable amounts of luggage with them, i.e. air passengers, does not have any elevators. Bizarre!
