Guesthouse Quality Inn (Rocky Mount, USA)

Guests loved the location of the hotel close to shopping, eateries and the Golden East Crossing Mall. Therefore the hotel was easy to locate. They also loved to relax and unwind in the outdoor pool. Guests found this hotel to be fairly decent, and they felt that you get basically what you pay for.

Guests were satisfied with the clean rooms which had comfortable beds. They noted that the Wi-Fi worked well. The air conditioners kept the rooms cool. They observed that though the bathrooms are small and dated, the showers worked well. Guests said that the hotel is not luxurious, but definitely nice for people who stay on a budget.

Guests said that the complimentary breakfast offered had a great variety, and they loved it. The breakfast area was also quiet, well attended and refreshed from time to time by friendly attendants.

Guests observed that though the rooms are clean, the furniture is old and dated, and needs to be replaced. They also complained about the poor TV reception. The room keys also did not work well, and they had to go down to the front desk to set it right. The bathrooms looked rusted. The shower curtains bunched up in the middle, leaving the sides open. They also observed mold in some areas.

Guests were not happy with the idea of paying up more for accessible room. They felt that the management needs to review this.

Guests noted that the housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets each time a new guest checked-in. They also saw cockroaches in the bathrooms.
