Quality Inn Hotel allows one pet per family on prior notice at no extra cost. Guests totally loved this because barely any hotels in Christiansburg area allow pets on the property. Therefore, guests who were traveling with pets preferred to stay at this hotel.

All the rooms in the hotel are well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Ambiance is the rooms was nicely thought of with dark wood furnishings and walls painted with fresh pastel shades giving the rooms a bright look. Plus, there were all required amenities available in the rooms all included in a decent price.

Staff at the hotel was well trained and highly professional. They had great sense of hospitality and extended excellent customer service to the guests. Moreover, they were even friendly while conversing with the guests and gave them advice on places to see around in the area and how to travel locally.

There was hardly any soundproofing in the hotel. Walls of the rooms were so thin that everything spoken in neighboring rooms was easily heard. There was also a lot of noise coming in from the road, even during late night, causing continuous disturbance.

The entire hotel needed some remodeling as it wore an absolute tired look say guests. The carpets in the hallways were stained and torn, bedspreads were dull and dusty, even the paint in the rooms was falling apart. Overall, the hotel needed refurbishment said the guests.

All the bathrooms smelled of something musty. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes in many of them. Bath tubs were extremely dirty, and the bathroom floor was wet all the time.
