The staff members were found to be friendly people who tried their best to accommodate guest needs. They were understanding and helpful, and would give guests good information on the area or allowed them to leave luggage after check out.

Many guests were happy to mention that the rooms were found to be clean and tidy. They enjoyed the fact that they were sleeping in a clean environment as it is the most basic, yet important part of the stay.

There were many guests who enjoyed the good location of the hotel since it is walking distance from various restaurants, bars, the central train station and all of the city transportation. There was also many business and conference attractions nearby.

Some guests did not enjoy that the Wi-Fi was too slow for them to use and finish simple tasks online. It was frustrating because they were not able to use Wi-Fi for personal or professional matters without waiting.

Some guests did mind they had to share the bathrooms with other guests and they would have preferred to have their own private bathroom. Some felt there was enough room available to place a bathroom within the rooms.

The noise from outside, which included traffic, train station and people, was found to be very distracting for some guests. There was also noise heard from next door neighbours who were loud enough to disturb. The walls and windows did not do a good job of reducing the noise.
