Nearly every past guest has commended this property on its staff. Check in is friendly and efficient and all the staff are warm and friendly. It feels like they go out of their way to make your stay a good one and they constantly deliver excellent customer service. The housekeeping team is extremely hard working with the property being kept meticulously clean. The hotel is pet friendly though there may be an additional charge for this.

Breakfast is quite typical of this chain and is served buffet style with a selection of hot and cold items. Staff are constantly restocking to ensure that nothing runs out. Guests have praised the hotel for being excellent value for money.

This property, which is easily accessible from the interstate, has lots of kerb appeal and is very attractive from the outside. Inside guests are more than satisfied with the comfortable rooms and all of the facilities. Guestrooms are of adequate size and the bathrooms are more than generous.

There are nicer areas of town to stay in and the area feels a little rundown, however guests have felt the hotel is very safe and have reported no issues with vehicles left in the parking lot. Staff are happy to recommend the best places to eat or to visit in the local vicinity.

Some guests have reported issues with the air-conditioning in the room, including it being unreliable and also being on the noisy side.

You may be able to hear people in the corridors and also the showers running in other guestrooms in the morning. Guests have commended the hotel saying little noise can be heard from other floors.
