    Staff rude to guests.

    Some guests were very disappointed with the attitude of the clerk. On one occasion a guest asked for a non-slip mat to place in the tub for safety reasons. The clerk was rude when telling the guest the hotel did not supply this amenity and did not offer any solutions for the guest.
