The owner and staff are very personable and attentive, and make you feel quite welcome at the motel. They're a top reason that many guests make this a repeat place to stay at when traveling through the region. Guests of all ages are given full attention, and treated like treasured friends and family.

Very clean and cozy accommodations
It's easy to feel a home at Cedar Motor Inn, due to the comfortable furnishings and ambience. Everything is evidently clean upon check-in, and kept that way, including the pool and other common rooms and amenities.
positive:
Convenient base for enjoying the outdoors
The region is a popular destination for hikers, skiers, and other outdoor enthusiasts, and the motel's location makes it a great base to indulge in these activities. It's conveniently near many trails and prime mountain areas, as well as places to observe local wildlife. One of the perks of staying here is that the lodge can connect you with guides and help arrange tours and excursions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Difficult to maintain a comfortable room temp
The air conditioner is often faulty, which doesn't help when the outside temperatures are warm, and you would prefer some relief. At times when the outside temperatures are cool, the room heat can be difficult to regulate, and thus too high. It's recommended to pack extra layers or a travel fan according to the weather, just in case.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi signal
You may have to leave the property to maintain a better or stronger Wi-Fi signal. Reception is spotty, and at times, almost non-existent.
negative:
Housekeeping hours may be inconvenient
Although housekeeping is of a high standard, the hours may create problems for some guests. They're not there for a full day, so it's difficult to arrange for a late check-out.
