Guesthouse BYPILLOW The Citadel (Madrid, Spain)

The rooms were clean and comfortable for guests. They found the rooms to be nicely decorated in a modern style with comfortable beds. There's also a wardrobe, space to place things in and a table with a kettle. The TV and air conditioning is also available.

The guesthouse was in a central location in the city and walking distance from the city attractions such as the Real Palace. It was also walking distance from the metro station and from the arts district of the city.

Friendly staff in the reception was a nice memory for guests who stayed here. They remembered that the reception helped with things that needed to be fixed and spoke good English. They helped with other miscellaneous problems that arised.

Guests felt the noise coming from the next door rooms was obvious and not possible to ignore. Guests felt the walls were too thin and that it was noisy and impossible to ignore. The outside noise was obvious if windows were left open.

Guests would have liked for the guesthouse to have breakfast available in the morning. It makes a stay much more comfortable and less stressful. They would have liked the option to have breakfast on site.

The rooms were found to be a bit cramped and small for guests. They felt those traveling as a family or couple would especially notice the lack of space available. They also felt the showers were small and the bathrooms as well.
