The hotel features many artworks and beautiful, charming decorations. The breakfast room has a lovely bay window to sit at, to many of the guests' delight. There is also a balcony where guests can enjoy the weather and watching people on the hotel grounds, while sipping wine.
positive:
Well-equipped kitchen area
There is a shared kitchen where guests can prepare their own meal. The said kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, and other materials that guests needed. There were even chairs and tables at the area.
positive:
Walking distance to various attractions
The property is conveniently located according to guests- not very far from the Convention Centre, which is only a ten-minute walk away, but certainly distant enough from the noise of the crowd. The town proper is 30-minute walk away, which is a tiring walk to some, but there are good shops and restaurants along the way.

Paid parking
Many of the guests were not pleased after finding out that the parking has a charge. Most of them were only informed upon arrival, and were forced to pay the additional fee after the lack of nearby parking spaces.
negative:
Breakfast is not free
Although fresh and varied, the breakfast is not served for free, which disappointed previous guests. Guests also noted that the breakfast fee was a little expensive.

Less than spacious rooms
Rooms are quite small, especially the ones located at the basement area. While the quarters are generally well-furnished and spotlessly clean, guests can't help but complain that the rooms are just a little tiny. Those who were staying at the attic reported that the rooms were even smaller, and that they weren't able to move around and kept on bumping their heads on the ceiling.
