Hard working staff provide great service.
Everyone at this hotel is very friendly with every guest. They also work very hard to make sure guests enjoy their stay and have everything they need. n or four-legged friends.
positive:
Five-star pub food.
While this property works great as a place to stay, it works even better as a place to eat. The on-site pub has a great atmosphere backed by deliciously cooked food that is served throughout the day to satisfy every appetite.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some guests miss not having a shower.
Guests at Andel Lodge Hotel will have an en suite bathroom no matter which kind of room they book, but the facilities are on the old fashioned side. The biggest sign of this is that bathrooms come with only a tub - no shower - which is not an ideal setup for every style of traveller.
negative:
Property is well worn in spots.
This lodge is listed as a historical property, and there are spots where the building is definitely showing its age. Decor throughout the hotel is a bit dated, and likewise some fresh furnishings could dispel the general shabby feeling the hotel has.
negative:
Set on a busy road.
Andel Lodge Hotel is easy to get to as it is just off a major road. The downside to this is that traffic noise can be a bother to some guests depending on room location, while others feel crossing the street can be dangerous at times.
