Guesthouse AbraCadabra Suites (Madrid, Spain)

This hotel is located in a lovely area that is relaxing while still being close to the center of the city and all the attractions of Madrid.  It's very easy to get around and many things guests want to see are within walking distance.

Guests reported that getting an excellent sleep is not hard at this hotel.  The beds are super comfortable with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and the air conditioning works perfectly to keep the rooms cool on hot nights

Guests reported that staff members at this hotel provide excellent service at all times.  They are friendly and quick to offer assistance when needed.  They also go beyond the call of duty and accommodate special requests when possible.

Guests reported that there is a lot of noise around the hotel, particularly at night, and this noise comes from several sources including people walking up and down the stairs, traffic on the busy street outside, other guests talking loudly in nearby rooms,

There are a number of issues with security at this property including poorly-lit staircases and outdoor spaces, old doors with flimsy locks and a lack of safes.  Guests also reported that the front door to the hotel is always left wide open for anyone to just walk in at any time.

There is no staff available on-site after 6 O'clock in the evening which makes checking in late a hassle.
