Top floor would be better if there was a lift.
If stairs can be a challenge or if you will be travelling with heavy luggage, then make sure to request a ground floor room. Not being able to come and go from the upper rooms without the aid of a lift may be tiring and cumbersome.
negative:
Rooms still need some touch-ups and refreshening.
Paint could use a layer of refreshening, bathrooms could use some touch-ups, and rooms may benefit from a bit of a makeover. Nothing is terribly distressed, yet the overall impression suggests some TLC is in order.
negative:
Food quality is inconsistent for the prices.
Sometimes the breakfast and other meals are fantastic, and sometimes the meals are very disappointing. The quality and portions are low, and the presented dishes don't always justify the prices.
