The Green Granite Inn's customer service, in the opinion of virtually all previous visitors, is a real highlight. The staff is generally thought of as being very welcoming and helpful.

Thanks to the accommodation's position right next to places such as the Northway Plaza Shopping Center and Settlers' Green Outlet Village, it is the ideal base for a spot of shopping - an overall opinion shared by former visitors. In addition, other attractions like Kahuna Laguna Indoor Water Park and Diana's Baths are a short drive from the hotel.

With recreational facilities such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and children's play area, the Green Granite Inn has a wealth of activities available for all guests young and old. Moreover, these facilities have been well received by most past visitors.

Perhaps the most common negative mentioned about the Green Granite Inn relates to the supposed dated nature of the rooms. In particular, the reportedly old-fashioned televisions have been a common example about this particular issue for former visitors.

Whilst it is not the opinion of most, some previous guests felt indifferent about the breakfast offering provided by the hotel. It has been said that the selection is limited, with the lack of fresh fruit a particular bugbear. Furthermore, there have been a number of complaints about what is considered an early finish time for breakfast.
