From the minute you step into the property, you will feel a sense of belonging. The warm and caring staff is always looking forward to assist you in any way. Amazingly, everyone is willing to take on additional responsibilities in an attempt to be more helpful.

Guests were pleased with the conditions of the rooms. The rooms are well lit, spacious and can comfortably host a small family. In addition, their trendy and refreshing decorations are warm and inviting giving the room a welcoming feel.

The hotel’s breakfast buffet is extensive, fresh and delicious. The menu has an amazing value for money. The meals are very healthy, nutritious and with a wide variety to choose from. The copious breakfast provides you with ample fuel for a day of sightseeing.

Guests felt that the hotel was quite farther than they had anticipated from the city’s amenities. Even though taxis are available, this can be somewhat inconveniencing for those who have frequent dealings in the city.

A number of guests felt that the bathrooms were not well stocked with toiletries. This unexpected situation caught many by surprise as they were not prepared for such an occurrence.

A number of guests felt that the hotel needed refurbishment as some areas were a bit grungy. For instance, the swimming pools’ tiles looked to be in a poor state as they were showing signs of wear and tear. The rooms were also said to have old and very dated furniture.
