Positive Reviews
positive:
Affordable accommodation costs
With Rome being a rather expensive destination, this hotel has tempting prices for its accommodation options. Even though it is not in a central location, the room costs are one of the first things that attract new guests.
positive:
Kind and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful, the staff members make up for most of the other inconveniences that might occur. From accommodating guests (even during odd hours) to answering all questions and providing directions on how to get around, they will have you feeling right at home.
positive:
Peaceful and quiet area
You are certain to enjoy a peaceful neighbourhood during your stay on this property. You can sit on the terrace or on the balcony to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Away from the city centre
Located close to Stadio Olimpico, on the border of Rome, this hotel should be quite far away from the city centre. You need a 30-minute bus ride from Termini station (and on a rather steep hill) to get to the heart of the city.
negative:
In need of renovation
Despite the vintage look provided by the maroon wallpapers and dark furniture pieces, this guesthouse is in need of some serious maintenance. It's not uncommon to find broken light bulbs, out-of-order power outlets, or poor drainage in the shower.
negative:
Unsatisfying restaurant offerings
Whether it's breakfast, dinner, or anything in between, eating at the local restaurant is not a very satisfying experience. Guests have complained that the food is not that good; the options are poor.
