The rooftop of the hotel, where there's a restaurant, was found to be ideal for guests. This was because there was panoramic views of the city, which was especially romantic at night. The rooftop was a great place to be with friends and family.

Guests enjoyed the comfortable rooms they stayed in. They felt the beds were comfortable for a good night's rest, the bathrooms were modern with the amenities like toiletries and the décor was sleek.

The hotel was found to be clean by guests who stayed here. They felt the look of the hotel was clean and modern since the hotel is relatively new. The hotel has a clean atmosphere and open spaces in the common areas.

The staff were found to be too indifferent and not oriented towards giving their guests a good stay. They would not answer questions of the area, their English skills were not very good and they came across as not willing to help with items.

Guests were disappointed to find the hotel does not provide for services which are generally normal in other hotels. There are no ironing items and no room service to choose from. There was little to warrant a second stay.

The hotel's location is good for guests who needed to be close to the airport, but it was found to be far from the central area of the city. The way to get there would be to use the metro which they found inconvenient.
