Room walls are quite thin in most rooms at the resort and do not offer adequate protection from outside sounds and noises, particularly coming from the onsite Roomers Nightclub and Straight Shot bar lounge. Light sleepers and families with young children should try to book accommodation further away.

The resort features a Generations Restaurant onsite which is separately owned and run from the resort itself. All meals including breakfast are available through the restaurant only and therefore no complimentary breakfast option is on offer.

The resort elevator is very noisy and can drastically effect the quality of stay for anyone booking a room close to the elevator should be aware that the elevator is mechanically quite loud. Some room en-suite showers also seem to suffer from low water pressure.
