The staff at this hotel are fantastic, they are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel as though you are a part of their family. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will happily give you help and ideas on where to visit and how best to get to your destination.
The cleaning staff at this hotel are very thorough and efficient. Your room is serviced daily by very friendly staff. They work hard to kep the hotel well-maintained inside and out. The cuttlery and crockery at the restaurant and bar are in perfect condition and always clean.
Some guests have reported having issues with the Wi-Fi connection. Certain parts of the hotel do not have a connection and the connection is poor in some areas. Although this was an issue for some, many guests felt that it helped them relax and disconnect whilst away.
