Some guests were initially concerned that this hotel might be a little too far from Dublin's city centre. However, most found that fear was soon relieved, since the hotel is very near a light rail shop, making the overall journey almost hassle free.

Guests travelling with cars loved that this hotel has an underground garage, and it's possible to park in it for free. Many guests opted to just leave their vehicles in the car park after check-in and used the light rail system to save fuel.

Some guests were upset that the rooms do not include refrigerators as standard amenities. In some cases, the disappointment was made worse when guests discovered the hotel is near a supermarket, because they remarked it would have been nice to keep drinks and chilled snacks in their rooms.
