Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe (Santa Fe, USA)

The resort has a number of on-site leisure activities including a spa and an outdoor- pool, a Jacuzzi and a hot tub, all of which proved extremely popular with those who stayed here. The pool was described as clean with plenty of loungers where guests could relax and sun bathe. The spa treatments were also highly praised as guests said that their facials and massages were carried out by professional and knowledgeable staff.

Guests who dined at both the restaurant and the bar said that they thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The food at the restaurant was described as being of high quality and that there was plenty of choice on the menu. The bar food was equally praised and many said that the atmosphere in the bar was pleasant and lively.

The rooms were described as well-appointed and guests were pleased to find that the size of their accommodation exceeded their expectations. Many enjoyed sitting on their balconies and patios whilst enjoying the views as well as having cozy fire places in their suites.

Some of the guests said that the service at the on-site restaurant was rather slow as they had to wait longer than expected to receive their orders. Shortage of staff was also noticeable during breakfasts when guests reported that food items were not replenished on time.

Those who wanted to access the internet from their rooms said that the signal was very weak and intermittent. Some managed to connect from their devices only when in close proximity to the reception area.

Not all rooms have picturesque views as some guests were disappointed to find that their suites look out onto the resort's car park.
