    The staff members are said to be friendly people who looked after their guests, who smiled and even remembered some names. It was a relaxing atmosphere and staff made it feel like home with their positive attitude.

    Many guests enjoyed the restaurants food options and thought their dishes were very tasty and presentable. The food was excellent with fresh seafood options and the meals actually tasted delicious. One could see each dish was produced with care.

    Many guests were happy to see the gardens were well taken care of by the hotel. The tropical atmosphere with trees and beautiful green plants was a delight for many. It helped contribute to the relaxing and laid-back image that a resort should have.

    Some guests thought the bathrooms and rooms looked a bit tired and that small details were not taken care of or need replacement. These include towels were too thin, no hot water, safe not working and no TVs.
