From the verandah, mountain ranges recede into smoky blue shadows, while on the arbor side the stone garden climbs 50 feet flanking a 24-foot waterfall surrounded by an enclosed lawn. \n\nInside the elegant country home are spacious rooms furnished with oriental rugs, antiques, huge stone fireplaces, books galore, with deep chairs and sofas for leisurely pursuits. All of Wintersun\'s bedrooms are beautifully appointed with fine furnishings, designer fabrics, lush linens, down comforters, private baths, cozy seating, and fireplaces, with fabulous views of the blue ridge mountains.
