Guests really seemed to like the location of the apartments. They were described as very near the train station, so no expensive cab or confusing public transport option was needed when arriving by train. Guests also mentioned that there was a supermarket nearby and a decent section of bars and restaurants as well.

It seems that there are no permanent staff members onsite. As a result, special check-in arrangements must often be arranged. Guests reported that these usually went smoothly since a lock box is used and clear instructions to access it and obtain one’s keys was e-mailed beforehand.

Guests were generally very impressed with the apartment they had been allocated. It was typically described as very spacious and well-furnished and equipped. Guests did not seem to want for anything when staying there.

Some guests really missed having a permanent staff member onsite that they could go to when they experienced any problems or had a query. As it was, it seems that staff are onsite only rarely, meaning that the telephone or email was the only way to communicate with them most of the time.

It was mentioned that the cable package that was in use did not seem to have any English language stations, which was a bit disappointing to English speaking guests who wanted to just relax and watch a bit of TV after a long day.
