Sitges Apartment (Sitges, Spain)

The Sitges Apartments are in a ver good location. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and the city centre where you can find anything you may need. There is a supermarket and a bakery just steps from the front door, this is very convenient for self-catering guests.

The apartments are very well-equipped with modern furniture and appliances. The kitchens are spacious with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and a coffee machine. The showers in the bathrooms have great water pressure and loads of hot water. The beds are very comfortable.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, they are very friendly and they offer fantastic service. They will go out of their way to ensure that you have a relaxing stay, nothing is too much trouble. They will happily give you directions, make your books and get anything that you need. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff are available at all hours.

The private kitchens in the apartments are not equipped with a kettle, you have to het up your water another way. This was a problem for some guests however most found other methods to heat up their water.

As this hotel is in the city it can get quite noisy as there are people cleaning the street and collecting refuse early in the morning. The rooms need better soundproofing as you can hear the traffic and people driving and walking past the windows.

Some guests have reported that their apartments were not serviced regularly whilst they were there. Some have reported that their towels were only changed once during their stay which lasted longer than one week.
