The Sea Sky residence is only 250 meters from the Sea Garden residence. It is located in Viale Orsa Maggiore, the new residential area of Pozzallo. It is 150m from the sea and is accessed via an underpass. The elegant villa, with its characteristic white and blue Mediterranean colours, has a refined and exclusive ambiance. The strong point of the structure is the modern pool set between the walls of the Modican countryside; an ideal place to relax after a day of work. Each apartment has its own outdoor area (with exclusive access) equipped with dining area and relaxation area.
