Come relax on the San Bernard River. This spacious one bedroom barndominium is set on a prime section of the river. Bring your boat or pwc and enjoy some water sports. Nice spot for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and skiing. 80\' of waterfrontage with large boat dock for docking your boat. Also, a floating dock for you personal watercraft. There is water and electric at the dock. Enjoy the hot tub after a long day on the water if you desire. Back patio has an outdoor heater, Weber charcoal grill, gas grill and a large smoker for your cooking needs. The inside of the home is heated and cooled by two highly efficient mini split systems. A 65” LG smart tv in the living room with a DVD player and ps3 system. Stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. Apple extreme router provides WiFi through out. Queen bed (w/memory foam topper) in the bedroom and a 42\' tv with DVD player. An Lg all in one washing machine let’s you wash and dry your clothes in one load. One sectional, two couches and two queen air mattresses (if needed) in the living room. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
