The location is good, amenities are good. The room itself is good, but the sofa bed is old and sags in the middle it needs to be replaced.

Good

What it is advertised as Studio is actually a room inside an apartment with private toilet, we receive complaints from the roomates that they could hear everything despite the fact that we were silent, this is due to the fact the walls are not done properly as I said this is not a real apartment. Another thing, it is extremely small and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, the mattress is poor quality and it is not comfortable to sleep. For the price I would rather stay in a hotel.. I would not stay again.

I do not recommend

It’s very close to Eiffel Tower and center of the city. However, the room is very tiny which is hard to open two suitcases at the same time. There is very little window and almost no sunlight. Thus, always receive complaints from neighbours because of the noises from devices using (e.g. toilet flushing or using hair dryer….) which is quite hard to believe…

Good location but have some of limitations

The apartment worth the location. It has all you need for a safe, comfortable, pleasant short stay. The bed is a Couch-bed> It is stable, but not as comfortable to share with with a young child. There is a provision of coffee for guests, just bring something for your breakfast as there are not many shops open around the area early in the morning.

Excellent location

Hello, I stayed with my wife here for one night. We were in town to watch PSG match, Allen PSG! positives: very close to Eiffel Tower, 16th Arr where you find bars, cafes and restaurants (few open late night), close to 72 bus route (main line) Negative: Extremely small and tight, you got no place to move. Washroom sink was honestly smaller than my hands lol, toilet is tight spot one could barely fit. Bed is a sofa bed, not comfortable. You have to be quiet during night hours due to close proximity to neighbors. I would not recommend for stays longer than a day and I wouldn't stay here next time. That's my honest review.

Studio near Eiffel

The sheet of the bed was not clean. I didn't get proper instruction which appartment neither the code for the entry door. I do not recommend this studio

Acceptable

The location is amazing. Very near the metro station, walkable to restaurants, u can see the eiffel tower along seine river. Very convenient for u to go around and explore Paris. Its a quiet neighbourhood and u get to take really nice photos as it is near Trocadero too. However, choose this apartment if u’re going to be in Paris for 1-2 days. The apartment is small (no space to open and pack our luggage) and the walls are very thin. The neighbour approached us to complain that we flushed the toilet so loud in the middle of the night. The bed is uncomfortable (its a sofabed) and the aircon/heater makes a scary sound once in a while which woke us up in the middle of the night. We stayed for 4 nights and it was stressful as we were so scared that we might disturb the neighbours.
