The heart of Philadelphia puts you in the centre of all the action. Guests loved the fact that they could walk to town, enjoy a variety of nearby eateries, and still go out and soak up the night life on offer. Public transport is also right on the doorstep.

For those who just want to relax during their vacation, the roof top will be the place to be. The views of the city are quite impressive, and if you add your favourite refreshment to that, it's the perfect time to relax just before dinner.

Several guests were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade they received upon check-in. The rooms they were given were considered to be really spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were freshly laundered.

Bathrooms were described by many guests as sub-standard, dated and rather run down. The tiles were found to be cracked, and the shower head and taps could do with replacement. Overall, guests felt the bathrooms needed an overhaul.

The room prices are advertised as pretty reasonable according to most travellers, but make sure you are aware of all the costs involved. Guests were very unhappy during the check-out procedure when they noticed a rather heavy cleaning fee added to the bill.

The free Wi-Fi was not easy to use according to visitors. You have to get a password, and if that doesn't work effectively then you end up on a goose-chase trying to get connected. Most guests were left rather frustrated, and ended up using their own Internet provider.
