    The property is located in beautiful Henry County. It’s only 40 minutes away from Iowa City and 7 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. The property features walking trails and a 2 acre pond stocked with fish for our guests to enjoy. Nearby are wineries, antique shops and many quaint small towns. Beautiful place to relax and get away from it all. Each bedroom has a queen bed with brand new luxury mattresses and two of the rooms have twin beds in them, perfect for a family. The home has three floors, a hot tub and a pool table for our guests to enjoy. There is a fire pit outside and a beautiful screened porch for sitting and relaxing. Great place to spend a weekend for Hawkeye Events. Very private area, no visible neighbors. A piece of paradise awaits you here. A 10% discount will be given to guests who stay 7 days or longer.
