Please call me if you have any question before booking Charles Theologos Located in Venice Marina 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom , Sleep 6 to 8 People ( 2 Bunk Bed in one Bedroom and 1 Bunk Bed in the other Bedroom, all Bunk Bed are FULL/FULL) , Also has a Small Loft with 2 twin mattress ,Central Air, Full Kitchen, Gas Grill, an 700 lbs per day Ice Machine a small Freezer on the deck to store you catch .50\' TV with DIRECTV .The houseboat was build June 2015 Everything is Brand new .Lots of room to Dock your Boat ,You can Dock 2 Boats if You Need too , One on the Front Porch and the other on the side.Fish cleaning station on the back of the houseboat .Check in time is normally 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am \r\n$285 per night ( ALL TAXES ARE INCLUDED)and a $75 cleaning Fee\r\nLast minute cancellation due to bad weather full refund ( 24 hours notice of cancellation)
