Eagle’s Rest is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom self-catering villa holiday home that borders the 14th fairway at Selborne Park Golf Estate. The front of the house has a private garden area with patio and outdoor furniture - a gorgeous setting to enjoy a cup of coffee. An undercover, fully furnished veranda with built-in braai / barbeque area overlooks the fairway. A secure, lock-up garage is available at the back of the house for guests use. The lounge has three two-seater cushioned couches which face a large flat-screen TV with full DSTV bouquet so guests never miss out on those important sporting events or favourite TV shows. Open-plan to the lounge is the dining area with 6 seater dining room suite and ladies bar area. The kitchen leads off from the lounge and dining area and is fully equipped for all self-catering needs, including fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. All three bedrooms at Eagle’s Rest have built-in cupboards, dressers, bedside tables with lamps and enjoy gorgeous views of the surrounding area. Each of these rooms has a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
