These 2 lovely dugouts - Di's Place and Dinky Di's, are well renowned for their rock and timber work and are undoubtedly amongst the most beautiful underground homes in Coober Pedy. Hand dug in the 70s they exude a lovely atmosphere with each weave and turn throughout. Di's Place is a large 3 bedroom dugout with 1 bathroom and sleeps up to 9 people. Dinky Di's is a 2 bedroom underground home, with 2 showers and 2 toilets. It sleeps up to 7 people. Both dugouts suit everyone including couples, families, and large groups. They are situated next door to each other and each offer all the comforts of home including linen, internet, fans, verandahs with bbq facilities, laundry, full kitchen and even a coffee pod machine for the perfect wake up in the morning. No need to share with strangers as they are both booked solely as complete homes. Located in a safe, quiet area, approximately 2.3km from the town centre they is plenty of room for parking several vehicles including vans and trailers.Quiet friendly pets are also welcome with permission, however, they do need to be left outside.
