UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP: Two bedrooms and a half bath upstairs. Full bathroom down with living room, dining and a full kitchen area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or just to sit and read. There are great views of the mountain and the inlet from the bedroom windows. \nThe dining alcove seats four with extra folding chairs, breakfast bar seats three. Internet, direct TV, limited cell service. Sleeper-sofa in living room.\nA partially covered deck has the washer/dryer and gas barbecue. There is a screen tent/gazebo with table and chairs on the outer area of the deck. \nThe cottage is totally furnished so that guests have everything they need except their personal affects. A fire pit up on the beach edge with seating.\nThere is a wood stove and an oil fired toy for heat. \nWith the on-demand tank-less hot water heater you never run out of hot water enabling guests to shower to their hearts content. \nMaximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children
