These suites have plenty of space for families with separate living and sleeping areas. The units have two TVs and space for working and dining. There is enough room to sit and relax or to spread out and work without inconveniencing others.

The hotel has a lovely lobby area with an atrium. There is also a lounge and bar with large screen TV and a nightly happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and appetizer snacks in the restaurant. The hotel goes all out to make guests want to come out of their rooms and socialize.

The hotel has a good location being just off the major interstate. It is an easy travel into Oklahoma City and is a great place to stay for those attending Oklahoma University sporting or other campus events. Restaurants, bowling, and Native American art galleries are located close by.

The staff gives a bit of the cold shoulder on overall customer service. There are no welcoming smiles at check-in. Questions are answered quickly with reminders of rules. Many areas also seem short-staffed, especially during conferences or when the university has games or events.

There are numerous computer glitches that take place and take a lot of work to fix. Billing and reservation problems are common. The check-in process is slow and awkward and you'll be doing lots of waiting, even at the restaurant.

Business services are frustrating as the WiFi is slow. You'll only receive WiFi for free if you are a Hilton member; all others have to pay a fee. Conference events are not meticulously planned and miss out on key details.
