Many guests were delighted with the complimentary breakfast offered which was freshly prepared and plentiful, as well as the complimentary evening Happy Hour with free drinks and snacks. The resort also offers a lagoon-like swimming pools to swim in and relax by, as well as a private beach a short distance away. Full spa services are available including massages on the beach.

The rooms are spacious, well presented and clean. You can enjoy sitting out on the private balcony, some of which offer views of the ocean and/or mountains.

You can expect to be greeted with a warm smile at this resort, where the the staff have been described as friendly, courteous, helpful and attentive. Staff are readily available to answer questions, provide any assistance needed including providing information on local activities and booking tours.

Some guests were taken by surprise by the additional resort fees that were charged daily. Other additional fees include paying for daily parking and having to rent beach umbrellas.

During busy periods, some guests complained of having to wait in a long cue for breakfast and recommended that you arrive early to avoid a long wait. Other guests commented that the swimming pool is open to local and can get crowded particularly on the weekends when other families arrive with their children.

Some guests felt that the rooms were in need of an upgrade as the furniture was old and dated and in some cases dirty as well as smelly. Other guests complained that the air conditioning did not function effectively and that the rooms were humid and smelt unpleasantly due to the humidity.
