Earl Regent's Hotel guests are fighting to get in line for the unbeatably scrumptious breakfast buffet at the Main Restaurant. They say it is so good, they wish they could eat more -but then, so are all the meals at the establishment. Fresh, inventive and clearly prepared by careful, caring and experienced hands, they are consistently delighting guests at every turn.

The staff at Earl Regent's Hotel are so kind and attentive, guests can't help but smile upon the sight of any one of the busy crew, as they smilingly go about their business. Their mission is clearly to spoil their guests, and it is clear that they are on it with a vengeance.

While guests report that Standard rooms are as clean and comfortable as could be expected, others advise that it is very well worth it to go higher. Standard rooms are set in an annexe separate from the main establishment, and this may not feel comfortable. The benefits of upgrading are reported to be enormous.

At up to half an hour away from the centre of Kandy town, the Earl Regent's Hotel is not so easily accessible by public transport. Further, without private transport, travelling into town and elsewhere in the environs may be expensive.
