The hotel is perfectly set in a quiet and peaceful environment close a number of attractions. The hotel offers good value for money as everything you need is within a reasonable distance. Guests can explore the beauty of Port Dickson Eagle Ranch as well as the Ostrich Farm just a short drive from the property.

When handling guests, the staff members are very patient and professional. They have warm personalities and their eagerness to help makes your stay at the hotel a gratifying one. They have a vast knowledgeable about the city and never waver to give you information.

The hotel is impeccably clean. From the lobby and the public areas to the rooms and bathrooms, a very high level of hygiene is always maintained. The housekeeping team also are very detailed in their tasks.

Majority of the guests found the connection as weak and unsteady. The connection couldn't handle large files were unable to do so and most found it only appropriate for small files. Some were inconvenienced as they had to go to the lobby for a better signal.

Poor soundproofing was thought to be a major issues in the hotel. Guests felt that the walls were rather thin and it was very easy to hear what's going on next door.

A few guests weren't happy with the lighting inside their rooms. Majority felt their rooms were dark even during the day. This was because they did not receive much natural light. Flies were also a constant nuisance as they were all over the place.
