eó Suite Hotel Jardin Dorado (Maspalomas, Spain)

This is an excellent hotel for families and couples alike that are looking to getaway. The beach is nearby and the pool at the hotel is very child friendly. Some even noted that the staff went out of the way to entertain children so that parents could relax.

Since the hotel is located a bit far out from the town centre the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. With the private garden terraces and large golf course surrounding the hotel it makes for a great place to kick back and relax.

Being located in an open golf course makes for a very spacious stay. Guests commented they never felt crowded or suffocated by the amount the other guests staying in the hotel.

Although the reviews commented on how hard working and friendly the staff was it was clear they were understaffed, as those working there seemed fatigued and overwhelmed. Since the weather is also usually very hot is sometimes made for grumpy, over worked staff.

No entertainment is provided at the hotel and the pool bar closes at 11pm. If you wish to venture out and shop or need to pick up extra toiletries you’ll need to drive into town unless you don’t mind a 20 to 30 minute walk. Those looking for nightlife and entertainment won’t find it at the actual Suite Hotel Jardín Dorado.

Wi-Fi isn’t free in the hotel though the price is manageable. However, the reception for the Wi-Fi signal also isn’t very strong and unless you are around the reception area you can expect the signal to be weak or non-existent.
