The service provided by staff at Springmaid Beach is excellent. Guests reported that staff members are quick to get guests checked-in, they are able to answer any questions, they provide information about the area and there are no issues with late check-ins. Staff is also quick to resolve issues, they go out of their way to ensure guests are enjoying their stay and they are always friendly and accommodating.

There is so much to do around the hotel when it comes to leisure facilities. It's not very often you come across a hotel that has its own fishing pier. The beach is only a feet away and has a lifeguard, the pools are clean and warm and the grounds are spacious and well-maintained.

The buffet meals served at this hotel are excellent and feature a variety of delicious, well-prepared items at breakfast, lunch and dinner. .

Guests reported some issues with the guest rooms at Springmaid Beach including mold in the bathrooms, rusty faucets and poor water pressure and drainage in the showers. .

The sound of construction on the road outside all day long and the sound of people talking and moving around in other rooms and in the corridor due to poor soundproofing makes it hard to relax in the rooms. .

Guests reported that the views are not actually ocean views. The view from the rooms is of the grassy grounds around the hotel and the ocean is further away than they were lead to believe.
