A common feature across a number of guest reviews was the immaculately landscaped grounds which many commented were well kept and added to the sense of privacy during their stay. Some guests also commented on the design of the landscaping and noted how it added to the amenity of the hotel overall.

Previous travelers reveled in the space of the large rooms commenting that the room sizes seemed to be above average compared to the room sizes that seasoned travelers had come to expect of a standard hotel room. A number of guests also remarked at how quiet their rooms were.

Some guest reviewers specifically mentioned the breakfast buffet available at the on-site restaurant with many remarking how fresh the selection of food was, which has plentiful and provided much needed fuel for the day ahead.

A number of previous guests to the resort made comments that they thought that its title of resort was a little misleading, conceding that it is definitely a hotel, some previous guests felt that it needed upgrading across a number of badly maintained facilities for it to regain resort status.

Some guests did not have a pleasant experience at the hotel due to their less than ideal encounters with staff, who where rude or unfriendly and who did not attend to their requests with any sense of urgency.

Some guest reviewers did not have a pleasant nights sleep at the hotel due to the lumpy and old mattresses that they slept on. Needless to say their comments called for the need to immediately replace mattresses to ensure guest comfort.
