The staff at the hotel are renowned for their super friendly attitudes and professional service. A number of guest reviews highlight their positive interactions with staff which will ensure their repeat business.

The hotel is very close to Florida State University and a number of guests were staying at the hotel as they were either visiting students or using the facilities at the University. These guests comment how easy it was get from the hotel to FSU which made their trip hassle free.
