The hotel's gardens have been described as an oasis of calm and tranquility and many guests enjoyed listening to the rushing of water from the stream during the evenings. The grounds feature a pond complete with ducks and koi fish as well as many interesting sculptures. .

The hotel offers a range of facilities including two restaurants, a swimming pool and a fitness center. Guests who dined at the on-site restaurants said that the food was of high quality and that their dining experience exceeded their expectations. Many also enjoyed spending time by the pool which was described as clean and of decent size. .

Parking problems.
The parking area was said to be quite a distance away from the main hotel building and guests also mentioned that the spaces were rather tight and cramped making parking of larger vehicles rather difficult. .

Although the hotel is set in picturesque grounds, some guests were disappointed to find that their rooms look out onto an alleyway and the parking lot. If you are keen on having a scenic view of the pond and the gardens then it's advisable to let staff know prior to booking. .

Some of the guests objected to hearing the footsteps of those above them which prevented them from getting a peaceful night's sleep. The floors do not have carpets or rugs thus adding to the problem of inadequate sound insulation. .
