Guests were happy as they could enjoy the scrumptious meals at the lovely Trio restaurant. International cuisine is available that offers a wide range of hot and cold food. Many of the guests were impressed by the meals and service at the stylish restaurant and bar.

At the hotel, you are rest assured that your needs will be well taken care of by the ever attentive hotel staff. Check in and out is done very fast and efficiently. Cleanliness throughout the property is thoroughly maintained by the housekeeping team that is always passionate in their job.

The hotel is close to many bars, malls and restaurants. Guests can enjoy shopping at Square One shopping mall. Its nearness to the Pearson Airport makes it very fitting for travellers in and out. The Living Arts Centre just a few steps away provide a great experience for guests too.

A number of guests have found parking at the hotel to be too expensive. Many were concerned because they were using their cars several times a day. The parking garage was also quite tight for huge vehicles.

A few guests couldn't sleep peacefully at night as the heating system was a bit noisy. In some rooms, the air conditioners were not working properly and needed to be repaired.

A few guests felt that the Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow and could need a little boosting both in the rooms and in the public areas. A few guests had to move with their devices to other areas of the hotel in order to get a better speed.
