A warm, helpful staff goes the extra mile for you. They welcome you at check-in with a smile and continue to be there for you during the duration of your stay. They're knowledgeable about the area and are happy to point you in the direction of local restaurants, entertainment venues and shopping as well as the most popular tourist sites.

The guest rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Guests enjoyed the comfortable beds. Many guests found that the views from the guest rooms were exceptional, especially on the higher floors.

The food at the in-house restaurants is fresh and delicious and representative of the region. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked, the pastries and breads are fresh and there are plenty of choices on offer.

Only IHG Rewards Club members are offered free Wi-Fi here and otherwise, there's a charge for Wi-Fi. Guests don't appreciate the fact that the fee for Wi-Fi is pricey as they were charged by the hour. This was unfortunate for those who wanted to stay connected via their digital devices.

Many guests were disappointed that this hotel was not located in the centre of New Delhi. Set at least ten minutes' drive from the centre of the city, guests found that a car was definitely needed in order to get to most of the area's popular tourist attractions, restaurants and shops.

Furnishings that are in disrepair and bathroom fixtures that could use replacing are a problem in some of the guest rooms here and some guests said this detracted from their stay.
