From reception staff who gives valuable inputs about the local area and transport to prompt room service even at odd hours, the service is at par.

Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar is close to Yamuna Expressway, which leads you to Agra and Taj Mahal. Noida is also located nearby, where you may go shopping. Good place to stay for business travellers also as many office complexes and business districts like Jasola are located nearby.

The hotel is liked by guests for being neat, well-appointed and spacious. Small touches like scented towels and bedsheets have been appreciated. The facilities are excellent and the overall environment is welcoming and provides tranquillity amidst city.

Guests reported a few minor issues like foul smell at entrance, poor heating system, lack of restaurant within walking distance etc. However, these are minor issues and did not affect the overall stay.

Some guests are disappointed with the paid Wi-Fi in rooms. Though the Wi-Fi is complimentary in lobby, you have to pay for Internet facility in rooms (not if you have joined club). Also, Wi-Fi speed is not very good.

A few guests reported that the meal prices are on a higher side. Though the food is good, prices can be more reasonable and timings can be a little more relaxed to suit International travellers.
