Past guests have extremely liked the complimentary shuttle service by the hotel. The shuttle operates within a three mile radius and has a good frequency. Guests were able to reach Airport, golf course and nearby shopping malls through this efficient service.

The on-site restaurants at the hotel have an extensive menu and as mentioned by past guests they have relished the delicious food served to them. The food quality is amazing and the dishes have a good portion size.

Past guests at this property didn’t appreciate the poor cleaning standards by the housekeeping team. In more than one occasion, the rooms weren’t serviced properly and had hair on bedding and other stuff in the bathroom from previous guest.

The poor functioning of Wi-Fi disappointed past guests’ big time. There was no network reception which led to connectivity issues. Guests who were in the city for business couldn’t finish their important work and had to use their own hotspot.

Guests staying at Crowne Plaza St Louis Airport didn’t like paying for on-site parking. Since most of the properties provide this facility for free, here it is on charge. Guests didn’t like the parking area and felt it wasn’t secure too.
