Though the shuttle will also take guests downtown in between trips to the airport, travellers note that a rental car is the easiest way to explore the city; downtown is about ten minutes away.

Guests frequently recognise individual front desk team members and wait staff for their friendly, welcoming, and efficient service. The drivers are widely described as prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of the area, too.

Light sleepers have been kept up by noisy plumbing or street noise due to nearby construction. Some have found thin walls to be an issue as well.
