In-room furnishings seem outdated
Most of the furniture needs replacement such as bedside cabinets, light bulbs, and shower curtains. Some areas also need refurbishments such as dilapidated walls and flooring. Most guests complain of the furniture being in poor shape, worn out, and seem dirty. Basic hotel furnishings such as linens, carpets, lights and sheets should also be changed.

Unbearable noise from the bar
Most guests complained of the loud noise coming from the bar which kept them awake most of the night. The hotel's live band that performs regularly until late night makes it hard for the guests to sleep soundly in their rooms. The surrounding vicinity is also disturbing due to the loud noises coming from the street.
